Some times you are not allowed to  open/delete/move  files or folders from the PC ,you get an error message saying it is already in use.That could be quite a frustrating when you  need to delete the files quickly.This may due to some malware.

You can either delete the locked file or close or delete the locking process using the other menu in the tool.
