Wolfram Alpha is Coming:'A New Paradigm'

Scientist Stephen Wolfram has built a new engine, called Wolfram Alpha, that apparently can compute answers to factual questions more powerfully than Google.  —  Wolfram has just posted about the effort here

It is a product of technological renaissance man Stephen Wolfram, and it runs on the the same kernel as his Mathematica software
