Many of us encounter  this annoying problem ,when we print documents :Print jobs get stuck in the queue. And  these print jobs cannot be deleted from the print queue. Windows won't let us delete a stuck print job, which blocks subsequent items from printing. So what we do? We have to stop the "Print Spooler" service from  control panel , locate and delete  all the  documents in  the print queue   one by one, then rebooting and finally restart the spooler service .But definitely this is   not the most comfortable way of dealing with stuck print jobs.It is time consuming &  cumbersome process.

Here is a free tool " Stalled Printer Repair " , which  will detect a stuck print job automatically and display them in the program’s interface. A click on the Purge Print Job button will delete all stalled print jobs on the computer system so that the printer queue and printer can be used again on the computer.Just run the app, click Purge Print Jobs, and you're done.
