How to Reply With Selected Text in GMail

In Gmail , the default action when you click reply is to include all of the e-mail you’re replying to below your message. Sometimes this results in long reply chains and lots of irrelevant information being forwarded along. Suppose  you don’t want to include all of the text, instead  only the relevant ,just an important line or  a picture .Improved Gmail web interface  has the answer for that.

Gmail's fantastic feature is easy to use. Just  highlight the text you want to be in the reply e-mail, and then click the reply button on Gmail’s interface. You’ll get a reply with just the highlighted information selected. See this example below of before and after.
