E-mail has become one of the primary means of communicating  media .E-mails often involve sending out large email attachments. Different restrictions on the size of attachments and spam filter policies means that not all attachments get through. For example YahooMail will not process emails with attachment over 10MB while Gmail can handle email attachments upto 20MB. Main thing , there is no guarantee of email being successfully delivered ,when email attachment size is large.

Here is a great news!.Acrobat.com now provides a Plugin for Microsoft Outlook 2007 for easily, securely and reliably sharing documents from your desktop e-mail client by making it as easy as adding an attachment.

Once you have installed the Acrobat.com add-in on your computer, you can send large files by uploading them to your Acrobat.com account, which provides users with 5GB of free space.Files that you've already uploaded can be easily added to a new message with the Insert Link button, which opens up a pane on the right-hand side listing your previously uploaded files—making this a great utility anytime you want to send a large file through email.
